Meredith Hay
Meredith holds certifications in Bookkeeping, Quickbooks and Payroll. Meredith attended the University of Kentucky and began her career in Human Resources and Operations in the mid-90s. After many years in senior management, Meredith started MEREDITH Group with the support of her husband + business partner, Mick.

Mick Lewis
Mick Lewis is a 1987 graduate of DePauw Universtity. He holds a BS in economics. Mick spent several years in the corrugated box industry before starting MEREDITH Group with his wife + business partner, Meredith.

Riley Hay
Riley graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy in 2024. Riley's grew up working with the family business and has now brought an advanced level of accounting knowledge to our group. She is also a 2020 graduate of Hilton Head Island High School.

Abi Coulman
Abi Coulman graduated from Hilton Head Island High School in 2018. She attended USCB to study education before switching gears and joining the MEREDITH Group as an Administrative Assistant. She is currently pursuing her CPB (Certified Public Bookkeeper) license.
